Shipping & Delivery

Rock on! We offer free shipping worldwide.

Orders are shipped directly from our ateliers in Italy, Spain, or our London warehouse. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive an order confirmation and a tracking number once your boots are on their way.


  • UK Orders → Complimentary shipping with Royal Mail (3–7 business days).

  • International Orders → Express service via DHL, FedEx, or UPS (3–7 business days).

  • Customs & Duties → All prices shown at checkout are final; international customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes (unless stated otherwise).

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are handmade and charged at checkout. Because they’re crafted especially for you, they’re non-cancellable. However, if you change your mind, we’re happy to issue a store credit or gift card.

Please note that shipping times are estimates — most pairs arrive in under a week, but delays beyond our control (customs, couriers) may occasionally occur.

Do you ship internationally

Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on every order. All parcels are shipped with express, tracked services (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Royal Mail) to ensure your order arrives quickly and securely, wherever you are.

How can I track my order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow its journey. You can check the status anytime through our courier partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Royal Mail).

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Nok Nok products as much as we loved making them. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

Standard Orders


  • You can return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in original condition, with packaging, tags, and dust bags included.

  • Once inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges


  • Need a different size or style? Exchanges are complimentary (one per order). We’ll cover the re-shipping.

  • For international customers, duties and taxes may apply again depending on your location.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items


  • Because these pieces are handcrafted especially for you, they are non-refundable.

  • If your order doesn’t work out, we’ll issue a store credit or gift card for the full amount — no expiry.

Return Shipping


  • UK Customers → Free returns with Royal Mail.

  • International Customers → Free returns only on orders above £250 with DHL, FedEx, or UPS. We’ll send you a prepaid label once your return is approved.

  • All returns must be sent back using our tracked label for full protection.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, contact us at info@noknoklondon.com within 7 days. We’ll sort it quickly with either a replacement, repair, or refund.

How do I make a return or exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at info@noknoklondon.com with your order details. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with a prepaid return label (where applicable) and next steps to ensure a smooth process.

LOST PACKAGES

All orders are shipped with a tracked service. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, Nok Nok cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

That said, we want you to receive your order safely:


  • If your package hasn’t arrived but is marked delivered, please contact us at shop@noknoklondon.com within 7 days.

  • We’ll work with the courier to investigate and do everything possible to resolve the issue.

  • For extra peace of mind, we recommend selecting a secure delivery address (such as your workplace) or requesting signature on delivery.
Accepted payment methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Flexible payment options such as Paypal Pay in 3 are also available at checkout.

Can I use more than one discount code

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Choose the offer that works best for you our system will automatically apply it at checkout.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account gives you access to order tracking, purchase history, and a faster checkout experience for future orders.
