How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
Rock on! Orders take 3-7 business days to process and ship from our factory in Italy or Spain. You'll get a confirmation email once your order's placed. High demand may lead to items becoming unavailable, but we'll refund you if that happens. Pre-order items are charged on checkout and can't be cancelled or refund but we can give you credit or a gift card. For more info, contact us at info@noknoklondon.com.
For customers in the UK, Nok Nok provides complimentary 3-7 day FREE standard shipping.
For international orders will be shipped by express service using DHL, FEDEX or UPS.
Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and do not include the 3-7 day order processing window but we will keep you updated.
How To Return My Items?
Nok Nok is offering complimentary domestic return shipping! We want you to be thrilled with your Nok Nok gear, so we allow returns and exchanges within 14 days of the order delivery date. Just make sure the items are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached. And don't forget to include the original invoice with your return, don't want to miss out on processing your return!
Looking for a different style? No problem, we can exchange it for you, depending on product availability. If you want to switch it up to a different style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the style you dig. We'll even cover the cost of shipping for one exchange shipment, on the house!
Once your return rocks up to our facility, we'll take care of it within 5-7 business days (but hang tight during peak periods). You’ll get a full refund once we receive and inspect your return. As for the refund, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please give it 5-10 business days to process and be returned back to your bank account.
But hey, if we determine the products aren't in their original condition, we can't grant a refund or exchange – we’ll just send the items back to you.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to process your return. For orders we can provide you with a pre-paid returns label (subject to availability), this cost varies (contact us by mail to shop@noknoklondon.com) and it would be deducted from your refund.
Returned items purchased on sale are only eligible for an exchange or gift card credit, please be sure of your size before ordering to avoid disappointment. Made-to-order or custom items are strictly non-refundable.
When you purchase our boots, please try them on standing on a carpeted surface to protect the soles until you’re sure you want to keep them.
Items returned in an unsellable condition, for example wear to the sole or creasing to the upper, may be declined or incur a restocking fee, for other products make sure the items are unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all the original tags intact.
Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 5 -7 business days. You'll get a refund after we've inspected the items minus the prepaid return labels. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on the payment method, give it 5-10 business days for the refund to show up on your bank account.
Lost Packages
Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Nok Nok is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier. If you have any additional questions or require further assistance, please contact shop@noknoklondon.com.
Final Sales Items
We understand that navigating sale periods can be a bit tricky. During sale periods, all sales are final, and Nok Nok reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice. However, if the price of an item you've already purchased is marked down, we're happy to adjust the sale price at your request within 7 days of your delivery date. It's important to note that we don't participate in price matching with other retailers. We hope this information helps!
