How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Rock on! We offer free shipping worldwide.

Orders are shipped directly from our ateliers in Italy, Spain, or our London warehouse. Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive an order confirmation and a tracking number once your boots are on their way.


  • UK Orders → Complimentary shipping with Royal Mail (3–7 business days).

  • International Orders → Express service via DHL, FedEx, or UPS (3–10 business days).

  • Customs & Duties → All prices shown at checkout are final; international customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes (unless stated otherwise).

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are handmade and charged at checkout. Because they’re crafted especially for you, they’re non-cancellable. However, if you change your mind, we’re happy to issue a store credit or gift card.

Please note that shipping times are estimates — most pairs arrive in under a week, but delays beyond our control (customs, couriers) may occasionally occur.

How To Return My Items?

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Nok Nok pieces as much as we loved creating them. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.

Standard Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:


  • unworn

  • in their original condition

  • returned with all original packaging, tags, and dust bags

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We offer one complimentary exchange per order worldwide.

We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back out to you. For international orders, duties and taxes may apply again depending on your location.

If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend contacting us before returning your order, we are happy to help you find the best fit.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Pre-order, made-to-order, and custom pieces are non-refundable, as they are crafted especially for you.

If your order is not suitable, we will issue a store credit or gift card for the full value of the item. Store credit and gift cards issued in these cases have no expiry date.

Return Shipping

UK Customers

We offer free returns via Royal Mail.

International Customers

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If you would like us to arrange a prepaid return label, we may do so subject to availability, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

For your protection, all returns should be sent using a tracked service. Nok Nok cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit if they are sent without tracking.

Important Notes

Items returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale may be refused.

When trying on boots, we recommend doing so on a carpeted surface until you are certain you wish to keep them. Returns showing signs of wear, sole markings, or damage may not be accepted.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@noknoklondon.com as soon as possible, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Lost Packages

All orders are shipped with a tracked service. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, Nok Nok cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

That said, we want you to receive your order safely:


  • If your package hasn’t arrived but is marked delivered, please contact us at shop@noknoklondon.com within 7 days.

  • We’ll work with the courier to investigate and do everything possible to resolve the issue.

  • For extra peace of mind, we recommend selecting a secure delivery address (such as your workplace) or requesting signature on delivery.
Final Sales Items

Our sale pieces move fast, and once they’re gone, they’re gone. To keep things fair and exclusive:


  • Sale items are final sale → not eligible for refund.

  • Where possible, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit — subject to stock availability.

  • If the price of an item you’ve already purchased is reduced, we’ll adjust it at your request within 7 days of delivery.

  • We don’t price match with other retailers.

Please note: We may extend or modify sale periods without notice, but once you’ve secured your size, it’s yours to keep.
